If it is supposed to support multiple data sources, then maybe the programs-table should have a field specifying which source is the origin of the data. This will make it possible to i.e. prioritize the sources after the parsing and storing.
I think we've found another reason to keep a source field in that table so I will add it in my next round of changes.
