Can we add this patch with notes that it is a bad way to fix the problem, the reason I think need to do this, is most people don't want to restart freevo every time the run tv_grab. I realize I'm using a very unstable version of freevo and I shouldn't necessarily expect it to work, but it's a simple "hack" and it allows it to work.
