Hi Dirk, I posted my previous message too fast, I like the a.parameter() you mention above much more than my initial proposal to add **kwargs,*args to the default-arguments(too confusing). An alternative would still be to add args,kwargs(without*,**) as default-parameters, and only use *args,**kwargs on callback.
