Smart may be better than my ideas, but I still don't like it very much. There has to be someone here with an idea. I guess Media should be part of the name, maybe also Python. We could also do the same as the Gnome, KDE and Enlightenment people and use one letter to define everything, like 'm' for media. We would get mimlib2. The problem with that would be that the evas wrapper will be called mevas. > >> If I read smart, I think of S.M.A.R.T. and Imlib2 has nothing to do >> with my harddisc. :) >> >> So what about PMTk - Python Media Toolkit or PMF - Python Media >> Framework? > > ... this. Sorry Dischi, but we both know that naming is not we can do > best ;-) Just think about 'libcram' (Config Reader And More) or 'wipone' > (WIPtel telephONE) :-) Hey, remember: it took us houiurs to get the names. :) But you are right, we aren't good at this. And Tack: beacon is a nice name, maybe you have more good ideas (BTW, mebox isn't very clever :) Dischi -- The sum of society's intelligence is less than the average of it's individual parts.
