First of all: Thank you to Dischi and the rest of you for Freevo!
I have installed Freevo 1.5.3, but had a few ideas for changes.
So now I am working with the latest CVS version.
Getting all the dependencies installed was a nightmare, but now I am up and running.
I have rewritten src/tv/plugins/mplayer.py so it works with ivtv with the current CVS version.
(on the other hand, I have no clue about non-ivtv, such as dvb, so this does not work...)
Would anybody be interested if a post the whole source file in this forum?
I have also made a few changes and bug corrections, should i post pathes here?
Trying to get TV recording (manual or scheduled) to work, I failed so far.
It seems that some plugins and referenced modules are missing.
Has anyone got TV recording (manual or scheduled) to work off the CVS version?
Or is the situation that this is simply not implemented in the CVS version?
Anybody working on this, or would it make sense for me to try to build this more or less from scratch?
