I think the best thing would be, if the user could chose from about 3 or 4 different color designs. Tastes are different and personally i like blue very much. True its somewhat cold, but it is also a very calm colour. if you use red/orange, try mixing it with umber. another thing to obey is how colors look on a standard tv screen.
