There may not be much to do. I think that the (recent) xine dfb plugin
doesn't even require the ui to be compiled against dfb - it should even
work with fbxine, or xine proper (if using XDirectFB).
I will have time this weekend, starting tomorrow, to help you with dfb
support. I'm also off work next week and the week after, so lots of
hacking time in the daytime then too. :)
