Hi, after posting to the wrong list the last time, I hope I picked the right one now.
I compiled the latest SVN-Version (today) and set it up so it would use my lcd. I also installed the python2.4/site-packages/pylcd.py file. Both LCDproc 0.4.5 and 0.5 are installed and no matter which version is running, the following thing happens: - LCDproc running, the server screen says "0 clients" - I start freevo, after some seconds the screen says "1 client" shortly (<1sec) - The screen goes black and it stays black, even if I change to other freevo menus. This does not happen with other lcd-clients (lcdproc, for instance). The connection between freevo(pylcd) and LCDd also is not the problem, as the LCDd log reports the freevo client, and the freevo client adds screens and widgets, but they do not have textual content?! Is this a known problem or is this just me? If it's just my problem, I could give some more information and lcdproc logs or something.
