Summary: Disable documentation installs from RPM build

Initial Comment:
Submitted by James Oakley

I've disabled documentation installs for my RPM builds.
Installing this kind of documentation is actually the
job of rpm and there is a specific place for it on RPM
systems

This patch can't really apply this to the freevo 1.5 branch
because it disables documents for everybody and not just rpm
builds.

However, it has been added to contrib/patches as
freevo-setup-nodocs.patch
