Summary: Patch - control for detached player

Initial Comment:
Hi,

Someone created a modification of the detached player a
while back that allows user control over play, pause,
stop etc. I've been using it for a while and it's
pretty stable. Could it be added as the default
detached plugin?

A quick test for this feature. It messes a with some of the
other additions, such as menu_go_videos. Need a bit more
testing.
