Summary: Video thumbnails are too soon for Matroska containers

Initial Comment:
The video thumbnails that are created on a Matroska
file are at 10 seconds. This is a bit early so I've
moved this to 6 minutes. In r8307 don't expect that
this will break anything else as mpeg and avi files are
handled earlier. But who knows.

I think that the real problem is that mmpython does not
provide enough infomation about the video file.

Need to check this a bit more.

Also freevo ignores mkv files when generating
thumbnails. What I tend to do with my ivtv recordings
is this:
extract the audio
normalise the audio
run a 2 pass xvid compression on the video
extract the subtitles in English and Czech
convert the audio to ogg
put it all in a Matroska container.
*delete the mpeg file*

Save megabytes of space...
