Duncan,Dischi- On the subject of dead or dieing dependencies, What is smpeg used for? While it was a good package, it is starting to suffer bit rot and I do not know of anyone keeping it patched up. At the moment I am trying to track done an smpeg compile problem on Slackware 11. Not sure if it is a GCC version issue or a an SDL version issue. Can it be replaced with something a bit more current?
