Summary: VIDEO_INTERLACING = False has no effect

Initial Comment:
Automatic deinterlacing of MPEGs blurrs the playback of
my recordings too much (in combination with my tv-out),
so I tried to deactivate it.

Unfortunately setting the (existing) config variable
VIDEO_INTERLACING to False had no effect and videos are
still deinterlaced. (xine says so and the -D parameter
is still added to the commandline)

Anyway, attached is a tiny patch to make it work.

VIDEO_INTERLACING = True --> automatic deinterlacing of
MPEGs
VIDEO_INTERLACING = False --> no deinterlacing
