Just keep in mind that everything in GeeXboX comes with sources and full
possibility to cross-compile your environnment to x86 and PPC archs.
Not everything is documented but don't hesitate to ask me for in case you
wanna know something very quickly. You'll probably help us integrating all
Python related stuff which is quite new to my team.

That would be awesome.
Just keep in mind that unlike some other distros, GeeXboX aimt to be
working on most of computers, whatever their hardware configuration is
(especially video card) so we have a lot of video issues to tackle with.

On my regular distro, yes, unless there's possibilites to specify how to
use another vo.
