Alpha stuff was due to premul changes in Evas. Added support for this in kaa.evas and kaa.canvas. (Not very well tested but seems to work.) This recent check-in assumes the premul stuff was added in 0.9.9.036. Let me know if anyone knows differently. Compatibility is maintained with earlier versions (between 032 and 035 inclusive).
