I understand some work has been done on this side. For Pylons I guess it 
would mean integrating the Paste HTTP server, which Pylons is built on:

   http://pythonpaste.org

You will have to look into "paste.httpserver" module I guess. Although, 
I haven't really looked under the hood of how things are tied together. 
But some experts on the "python paste" mailing list will probably help.

Of course, I don't want to buzz off your mind with another setup if 
cherrypy was already integrated into freevo. It was just food for mind 
and I thought that the Pylons project would need some consideration for 
your project before diving.

Anyway, good luck with the project, it really sounds interesting ! :)
