Yes. Freevo 2.0 has a config file we can write. So unlike the 1.x
local_conf.py a webserver, a gtk gui or even Freevo itself can write
it. Tack wrote a proof-of-concept GTK gui but it does not work on
every aspect of the config file (yet).
