Something does look quite broken here. Sigh. I'm really quite unimpressed with moinmoin. Something or another has broken every single damn time we've upgraded it. I'll see about fixing this page, but I'm sure this page isn't the last. Eventually I'm going to look into alternatives. MediaWiki is the obvious candidate.
