I'm in the process of setting up a Shuttle to run freevo. I have a versapoint wireless usb keyboard/mouse combo. http://www.interlinkelectronics.com/products/retail/rfkeyboard.htm
The keyboard works perfect. The only problem I'm having is the mouse config for xfree86. I've tried guessing at the parameters for ZAxisMapping and Protocol, but I can't get it to work right. I've done a few google searches and read the docs that come with xfree86, but I haven't had much luck. The best I've been able to do is get the pointer to move up when I push to the left and down when I push to the right. I can't get the buttons to do much and pushing up or down dosen't do much. If I cat /dev/usbmouse and then move the mouse and click the buttons I get lots of junk, so I know I'm getting a signal for all the possible actions. Is there a good way to figure out what the correct values are for the options? ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by:Crypto Challenge is now open!
