Yep - I edited freevo.conf... it worked 1st time. Simply perfick! I forgot 
about that file. When I couldn't find an entry in freevo_conf.py I assumed 
you couldn't change the default player (what a dimwit I am).

I am one happy chappy! Now I can watch all my SCO corporate videos in Dolby 
Digital... gr8 ;)
