Can I ask which programs/libraries you're using? I would assume
python-cddb for CDDb access and cdparanoia for ripping. Presumably
we'd want to support lame for encoding, or oggenc...

When you have something workable, send it my way and I'll see what I
can do to merge it into CVS after testing.
