I recently bought a "Gainward Geforce4 Powerpack! Pro/600 Tv /AGP 64MB DDR Mx-440 Chipset With Tv-out" - I think the quality is excellent - easily as good as my Pioneer DVD player. It's fanless too! The only problem is you have to use the official drivers to enable tv-out.
