I think you mean 'Am I looking for' and not 'I'm I looking for' hence the confusion over your email? Maybe a bit of proof reading is in order next time ;)
The matrox documentation on the freevo website ( http://freevo.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/moin.cgi/DocumentationPage_2fMatroxInfo ) gives you the information you need:
Here are some basic things you should know before we begin : - TV/Out only works on the SECOND head of your dualhead card. Figure out which is which. That should be easy : connect a monitor to one of the heads and start your computer. If you get output, that's the first head. The second head doesn't have output unless you turn it on in software.
So that says to me you need a dual head Matrox card (and the same documentation says a cheaper DH Millenium is ok).
If you get a dual head card, make sure you get the tv out cable with it.
