That worked. Nowow it's freevo that's crashing when trying to play, but i can see the list of the roms.
Is there any doc on how to use xmame?

Find your romlist (/var/cache/freevo/romlist-0.pickled, or under /tmp) and remove it, then restart. Assuming the location to xmame in freevo.conf is ok it should use it to build a complete romlist.
