If you've installed the binary *tgz file, there's a local_conf.py in
the /usr/local/freevo directory, which took precedence over /etc/freevo
(where the RPM places the config files). See comment in local_conf.py
regarding where it looks for the file.

I don't think blue_round2 exists anymore in 1.3.4.
I guess your local_conf.py in /etc/freevo had the line
SKIN_XML_FILE = 'blue_round2' uncommented. After you've installed from
the *tgz, there's a copy of local_conf.py in /usr/local/freevo which
took priority, so it worked.
