I can sucessfully lock-up freevo every time doing the following...
select a show that is on right now. press f6 to schedule a recording and then schedule it to record. It starts recording (I hear the audio kick in) and freevo locks up hard. no menu key movement, nothing... even 5 minutes after mencoder has finished freevo is locked up. I have to use a text terminal (ctl alt F1) to kill freevo to get my screen back.
