I started getting 50% bad recordings after upgrading from 1.3.2 to
1.3.4. I get thru about 20 minutes of most shows fine then the picture
and/or sound freeze. I went back to 1.3.2 and still have the same
problem. I don't know why I would be getting it as soon as I switched
from 1.3.2 to 1.3.4 but I would think switching back would fix that. The
only thing I could think of is that I had to use my compiled version of
mencoder wherein the last version came with a runtime version. Anyone
know the compile options the runtime version of mplayer had when
compiled? or anyone else having this problem? I am recording using the
favorites option in the webserver. I saw nothing of interest in the log
files. My system is plenty strong (1.1 ghz running slack, a dedicated
Freevo box) and worked wonders before the switch. Thanks for any leads.
