It's not plugin-able yet, but that's easy. I just need to define one API to load and comunicate with plugins... however I don't know how WinAMP plugins work. Maybe in future I come with more native renders (plugins) and even a XMMS plugin loader... but doesn't expect it soon (Maybe in December/January). Anyway, aside the fact that GOOM uses too much CPU, it is beautiful!
