I am getting the same error but I also have below in my logs and I am using latest from CVS. Looks like it cant import the module record_types but I can't work out why.
record_types is now known as tv.record_types, try moving asside your record_schedule.xml and retrying. If you don't want to lose info in this file you may be able to fix it by changing any instance of record_types to tv.record_types.
