Just hold the button down, If I remember correctly 1.3.4 introduced some code to increase the value of held buttons so the longer you hold the button the faster it moves. I use 1.3.4 also and it works for me. Actually, works for FF,RR etc. Haven't checked menu actions, box is out of action for a few days..
