I've just uploaded the full binary RPM packages for 1.4-rc1, named freevo-*rpm. Please read the release notes for more information.
You don't need this if you've already configured your system to use the freevo-src*rpm and freevo-deps packages. PS. The freevo-core-suite and freevo-recording-suite metapackages have also been updated to reflect new dependency information.
