I have a working Freevo box runing the last non-rc version (1.3.4?). It works fine via DXR3. I decieded to make another Freevo box in my bedroom and mount the recorded files via NFS and play them over my wireless router. I have a voodoo3 card in the other box. When I boot up the box in my bedroom and login but do not load xserver, I can play any file with a command like "mplayer -vo sdl filename.avi" and works without a hitch. When I load up freevo (non-Xserver) the menu comes up fine, I play audio files and look at image files just fine. When I go to play a avi file I had recorded with the other box I get about 2 seconds of audio (no video) and then it quits. I go and look at the internal-runapps.log and grab the command it uses, throw that on the command line and it works fine. Anyone have any suggestions?
Also the box in my bedroom display the fxd files and avi file as different files unlike the other box which integrates the fxd file with the avi files as one. ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by OSDN developer relations Here's your chance to show off your extensive product knowledge We want to know what you know.
