I run freevo on a low end box. When freevo plays mp3s it consumes
about 50% of my CPU cycles. Mplayer eats another 20%. I do a lot of
other stuff on this box so I want to conserve cycles. Is there anyway to
get freevo not to update the display while playing mp3s? I really don't
care to now that the playing tune has reached position 03:23 anyway.
