Hi, I find loading time when we launch a film from Freevo is quite long. I use a g400 through directfb on tv-out and when I launch a movie I see directfb coming back to the computer monitor screen, then launching another time on tv, and it takes about 7 or 8 seconds to do. So it's quite boring when I shuffle along my movies.
The box is a 2ghz with 512mb so I don't think it is a hardware related question. Is there a way to speed up this ? (using the same directdfb session between freevo and mplayer for example, or put mplayer in cache RAM ..) ++ David ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.
