interesting work! however, trying to build my own epia-m based machine i have a few questions:
which device do you use for video output? i plan to use directfb and not bother with xfree stuff. the problem i have is that
using the kernel-2.4.23-pre9-epia1, the kernel always segfaults when i try to load viafb with the TVon=1 option. that makes it almost
impossible to use the framebuffer for tv output with overscan enabled. how did solve this problem or are you using xfree?
btw. just in case you wonder: the reason for this behavior is not that 2.4.23-pre9 is unfinished and a test version. i upgraded to the epia patched kernel
after i had this trouble in order to find out whether it solves my framebuffer problems.
