I have a curious problem with freevo, using the dxr3 output, on debian unstable and the latest freevo packages. When starting up, it segfaults with the following error - WARNING: You are using the SDL dxr3 video driver! Pygame Parachute Traceback: File "/usr/lib/python2.3/site-packages/freevo/osd.py", line 415, in __init__ Fatal Python error: (pygame parachute) Segmentation Fault Yep, I'm using the SDL dxr3 driver, and I've patched up and installed SDL with the patch you provide. The dxr3 device works perfectly with mplayer, and freevo launches and runs fine when I tell it to use X instead of dxr3. My config file has geometry = 720x576, which I believe is correct for my PAL TV output. Does anyone have any thoughts? I can provide debug output as well, if someone wants to tell me how :-p Regards Kyle -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.3 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE/4mRgl4cZwpbv7iIRAlg8AKCERu26nEFotsbxT2IBXHaqa4E9wQCfXcfV Om0HfqMvhMILbbxX+N/HDB0= =JWKE -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: IBM Linux Tutorials.
