I have experienced things with freevo which requires quite a large amount of
money - even in holland, when it comes to subliminal freevo intra-release
effects.

In every other freevo release (or linux release of choice - check which
apply) the actual freevo runtime is situated in /usr/bin. The other
alternative installs in /usr/local/bin.

This kind of correlates to the position of freevo_config.py, which might be
installed in /usr/share/freevo but wich easily be escaflowne into
/usr/local/share/freevo. Your pick.

Might be related to python version. Blyme. At any rate, check these
locations and a very merry christmas (promille-wise) to you all. Cheers!

mne: [Freevo-users] freevo 1.4.1 possible problem.

in freevo 1.4.0 I could start freevo from anywhere and it would run
correctly.

now with freevo 1.4.1 I MUST be in the /usr/local/freevo directory for
freevo to properly start.

how can I change this? I don't really want to cd to the freevo home
before
starting the recordserver, webserver and freevo it's self.
