Hi,
I did it that way:
1. run scantv
2. have a look at the file ~/.xawtv
You should find all the channels which really broadcast
something. Most of the entries should include the names.
3. Add the information in the channels definition in local_conf.py
Sometimes, scantv can not figure out the right network names. So you
pehaps have to check manually afterwards.
Btw: How do you get the xmltv data? Via nxtvepg or is there another
possibility left?
