Hi,
afer much wrangling I have (I think) installed xmltv_0.5.31-1 on my
Mandrake 9.2 AMD4 machine
when I try to run tv_grab_na, I get the following error:
Base class package "HTML::Parser" is empty.
(Perhaps you need to 'use' the module which defines that package
first.) at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.1/XMLTV/ZapListings.pm line 12
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.1/XMLTV/ZapListings.pm line 12.
Compilation failed in require at /usr/bin/tv_grab_na line 512.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/bin/tv_grab_na line 512.
(I got the package from "Thac's RPMs" for mandrake, after trying all the
more conventional routes but unable to solve the dependencies after many
hours of trying ...)
any suggestions?
