The best way to get quality output on the G450 is using DirectFB over SDL. You will need to compile DirectFB with the G450 patches, and then compile SDL against that. THen just configure freevo to use SDL, setup DirectFB to use the 2nd head, purchase the TV out cable (or make your own) and Bob's your uncle.
