Hi Evan,

sorry for my newbie question, but I dont understand what is runtime. Do
you mean the appopriates packages of my distribution? (I mean the debian
packages). Or is it ,,a runtime'' version of freevo?

What I have done, is that I have installed everything, except
libSDL(because the dependencies) and freevo.
I have downloaded freevo, from this location:
http://aleron.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/freevo/freevo-1.5-rc2.tar.gz

I have unpacked, and created in the dir a runtime/dll dir. I have
compiled libSDL(without make install!), and I have copied the .so file
in the 'freevo-1.5-rc2/runtim/dll' directory(what I have created using
mkdir).

Did I overlook something?
---------
I have tried at the same time, with the debian packages too. But in the
packages, I did find nowhere 'runtime/dll' directory.

Cheers,
 Khiraly

ps: SOrry, that I ask something self-evident ...
