You have <disc> and <disc-set>? That's strange. And the media-id looks
wrong. What do you see? The cover is shown?

You should now see the 'title' and not the file name. If the fxd is in
the same dir as the movie.

Just add <info> inside <movie>

Maybe someone using 1.4.1 can help. We rewrote many files to fix the
fxd parser. Current version should be able to parse this.
