I have uploaded a set of files that I generated from a Streamtuner cache file.
The files include the definition of almost 6000 radio streams. You can find these
files from the plugins page:

README:
FXD SHOUTCAST LISTINGS, July 2004

This package contains fxd radio station lists generated from a streamtuner cache file.
The lists include only streams whose bitrate is greater than 40 kB/s.
Without this limit, the number of streams would have been 10004 altogether.
Now it is 5775 (!). This number is not the number of unique streams. Many streams
are included in several categories. Still there are thousands of streams to hear.

Put these files somewhere in your music directories. Beware: it takes time to load
thes files in Freevo. You can select from the files those that you really need.

This is actually a quick-and-dirty hack. The best way to use shoutcast would be
to write a plugin for Freevo that accesses shoutcast online. Streamtuner has a
python interface, but I do not know if it can be used for this kind of a plugin.

Also, Freevo needs a favourite stations functionality and a real-time information
about a stream (such as an artist, song title, current bitrate etc.). This kind
of functionality would be really neat for radio listeners.

The package contains also a perl script that I used to generate the fxd files.
It might work for you or not. Use it at your own responsibility.
