Hi,

thanks for the input, but I've tried the things below.

Did some searching around the net and it seems like Mandrake messed up the
Lirc packages. Seen from several users that the only chance to get it
working under Mandrake is to uninstall all Lirc RPM:s and install it from
the tar-ball.

I'll try that now.
