PCI should be fine. Remember you need the dual-head version if you want tv-out. I have a tv-out cable for a 450 that I'm not using / don't plan to use / don't actually have a 450 anywhere (gave it to my mother, drives an lcd projector panel with the 2nd head), and my arm could be twisted into mailing it to someone for some small sum. On-board sound varies from passable to bad to awful. On-board digital out can be entirely reasonable and even great.
