to view it in freevo 1.5 and 1.5.1 just put this in your local_conf.py: plugin.activate(tv.view_line_in)
as for adding it as a channel that is currently not implemented but on the slate for 1.6.
Actually for 1.5.x this is very doable, and is an intended use of VIDEO_GROUPS. You create a VideoGroup for the svideo or composite input then modify your TV_CHANNELS apropriately. The configuration there is a bit kludgy but its in the Wiki docs.
