When I get home I'll try "FREEVO DISPLAY=:0.0 freevo" and also FREEVO DISPLAY=:1.0 freevo. Or do I not need the FREEVO before the display? Only the one afterwards. I'll try all ways.
Only the one afterwards:
"DISPLAY=:0.0 freevo"
Good luck! I know it is frustrating, but perhaps you are near the "run level". If it doesn't work, send me your local.conf and freevo.conf via email.
