Hi, the only file you should edit is your local_conf.py, everything else would mean hacking freevo itself.
Freevo's configuration is done via freevo_config.py and local_conf.py, where freevo_config.py contains the defaults and should not be changed. Put your changes in your local_conf.py instead, that will overwrite the things in freevo_config.py. What exactly do you want to change? Maybe someone here can give you some useful hints.
