You use mga_vid with HT and it works? Which mga_vid sources do you use? The "normal" once from the ebuild? An avi with 640 pixel width uses 10% here with both mplayer and xine, mga_vid between 8 and 9% on the framebuffer. But using mplayer with Freevo is different. Freevo ads many options like post processing and maybe software scaling. Doing that increases my cpu load to 30%. Do you have X to compare the mga_vid results with xv?
