It does appear that the keymapping is still set to Mplayers mapping.  That 
would be fine.  Except, I only seem to have two settings.  If I decrease the 
volume, the actual volume level stays the same until it is all the way to the 
left.  At that time the volume become muted.  No matter how far I increase the 
volume, it stays at the same level if it is not muted.

I am thinking this may be an mplayer issue.  I started up a movie in mplayer 
outside of Freevo and am having the same problem.  If anyone here can help me, 
that would be great.  Otherwise I will ask over on the mplayer list.
